Join our Insurance team as an Executive Assistant in the London office!

Join Mills & Reeve as an Executive Assistant An exciting opportunity to join our Mills & Reeve Executive Support Services team.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our lawyers.

You will be a natural organiser, easy to work with and someone who thrives in a role that requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people across the business.

Theactivities Will include avariety of client service, business development, diary management, finance, billing and managing workflow.

Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant services to lawyers and businessprofessionals; manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and expenses; support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications; provide exceptional client service and proactively progressing tasks; assist with finance and billing, including preparing invoices, and liaising with finance teams; coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively; and draft correspondence, amend legal documents, and manage client spreadsheets.

What We're Looking For Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting lawyers or similar professionals; a natural organiser, confident in managing multiple priorities and delegating tasks; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to build sustainable relationships with colleagues and clients; and resilience, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
