Join our team as an Executive Assistant in the Leeds office! An exciting opportunity to join our Mills & Reeve Executive Support Services team. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our lawyers. You will be a natural organiser, easy to work with and someone who thrives in a role that requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people across the business.

The activities will include a variety of client service, business development, diary management, finance, billing and managing workflow:

  • Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant services to lawyers and business professionals;
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and expenses;
  • Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications;
  • Provide exceptional client service and proactively progress tasks;
  • Assist with finance and billing, including preparing invoices, and liaising with finance teams;
  • Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively;
  • Draft correspondence, amend legal documents, and manage client spreadsheets.

  • Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting lawyers or similar professionals;
  • A natural organiser, confident in managing multiple and delegating tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build sustainable relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Resilience, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
