Join our Facilities team in Cambridge and play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for our colleagues, partners and clients.

The role is a permanent, full-time position within the Facilities team, working 7 hours per day on a Monday to Friday rota between 7:30am and 6:00pm, with occasional evening work to support client events. Reporting to the Facilities Team Leader, the role provides a high-quality facilities service to staff, partners and clients, delivering excellent customer service and responding to queries. The post also supports reception cover and assists the reprographics team when required. Working closely with colleagues across the Facilities team, the role plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Cambridge office.

The person should have experience in a similar role, some exposure to reprographics systems, front of house/customer service experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Additionally, the role requires someone who:

The activities include conducting regular building audits, managing facilities requests, and coordinating with external contractors to ensure the office operates efficiently. Responsibilities also include managing incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and local deliveries; setting up meeting rooms, events, and office spaces; supporting the day-to-day running of the office through floor captain duties, stationery management, office moves, maintenance coordination, and minor repairs; and providing reprographics, file management, and client service support.
