Reporting to the Head of Technology Strategy & Solutions, you’ll have visibility across the firm and autonomy to deliver impactful applications that users value.

- Proven experience using AI tools (such as Claude or GitHub Copilot) as a core development partner
- Track record of delivering working software through rapid iteration
- Strong ability to select appropriate technologies for different challenges
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including Power Platform and modern development environments
- Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills
- Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast‑moving environment
Highly desirable
- Experience delivering applications across multiple domains or industries
- Demonstrated use of AI‑assisted development to increase delivery speed
- Full‑stack development experience across frontend, backend, or integrations
- Experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue and backend technologies such as Node.js or Azure Functions
- Familiarity with Azure services, modern deployment platforms, and CI/CD practices
- Understanding of security, governance, and API design, particularly in regulated environments
The benefits
As you’d expect, we offer a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits. If we offer you a role, we will conduct comprehensive pre‑employment screening. This screening will include, but is not limited to, a basic DBS, verification of your right to work, a three‑year employment history and a self‑declaration to assess your character and suitability for the role. Full details of our pre‑screening employment process are available upon request.
