The role

We are seeking a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join our expanding international Private Client team based in London.

You will handle a broad range of private client work, primarily for individuals with international connections. This includes advising on pre-immigration tax planning, the remittance basis of taxation, statutory resident test, estate planning for non-Long Term Resident individuals, global asset structuring, succession planning, family governance for international families, UK tax treatment of investments in the UK, offshore trusts, estate planning, and related fiduciary work.

You will also participate in marketing and business development activities to grow our London client base.

The person

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking law firm. Our private client national service line (NSL), led by Deborah Clark, has teams across Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Leeds, Manchester, and Norwich, working closely with colleagues in corporate, real estate, and family law. Our workload is diverse and high-quality, covering personal tax, lasting powers of attorney, trust formation and administration, restructuring, family investment companies, offshore structures, and succession planning.

The London team is led by Sarah Cormack and Ravi Francis.
