The Role

You’ll work alongside a dedicated brigade in a high-quality, modern Spanish kitchen, where fresh ingredients and teamwork are the core of everything we do. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll help manage service, mentor junior chefs, and uphold high standards of food quality and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. You’ll step up when the Head Chef is away, helping to ensure service runs smoothly and the team remains well-organised and motivated. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistency and quality during service
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations
- Guide and develop Chefs de Partie and junior kitchen staff
- Oversee stock rotation and ordering when required
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards are met
- Lead sections and jump in wherever needed during busy periods

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
