Experienced Data Warehouse Developer/Business Intelligence Developer sought to play a key role in the further enhancement/re-platforming of data warehouse solutions for business-critical projects/products across this thriving & dynamic org.
My client is an established & successful finance org who have over 750k B2C customers & c1800 staff on multiple sites as well as a supportive & collaborative culture with great work/life balance.
The Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Lead will have a proven track record of developing & delivering data solutions using Oracle, Snowflake databases or similar and have proven knowledge of ELT tools (eg ODI or similar) & SQL.
You will combine your hands-on development skills with direct management of a team of skilled data and quality engineers; mentoring, supporting & guiding them to deliver innovative & effective solutions.
NB previous formal\’ team management is not essential but a desire to take on this responsibility is key and any previous mentoring etc is very advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential to build dynamic relationships with the wider team eg Data Architects, Product Managers/Owners & business stakeholders etc.
