As a Parts Coordinator you\’ll provide first class technical parts sales to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
This role is responsible for managing technical parts sales, supporting customers with parts identification, and ensuring efficient order processing and dispatch. It involves close coordination with service teams, suppliers, and international partners to maintain stock accuracy, process warranty claims, and uphold profitability targets. The position also includes hands-on support in stores operations, goods handling, and administrative tasks related to invoicing and logistics.

- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused coordinator with previous experience of internal sales
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, able to manage their own time and workload
- Methodical thinker who can approach problem solving with a fact based and open mindset
- A good level of IT literacy and able to use Microsoft office and D365 or other similar systems.
- Able to manage cases, produce reports and liaise with other departments, engineers, management and customers.

- Experience in a sales based role
