What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and working professionals to understand their vehicle needs.
- Present Mercedes-Benz Sprinter’s fleet and commercial vehicle lineup, financing options, and service advantages.
- Ensure flawless communication with clients who expect prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.
- Manage customer interactions through our dealership’s CRM system (Elead) and maintain strong follow-up processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing solutions to position yourself as a trusted fleet consultant.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is required – Highline or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen – You’ll be working with decision-makers who expect expertise and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication skills – Your clients expect clear, timely, and knowledgeable interactions.
- Tech-savvy & organized – Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track customer interactions.
- Driven & self-motivated – You take initiative and strive to exceed sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
