The Porsche Shop Leader at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, will oversee the operations and performance of the Porsche shop, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities Manage and lead the Porsche shop team, providing guidance and support Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards Interact with customers to address any concerns and maintain satisfaction Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain shop equipment Requirements Prior experience in automotive repair and leadership roles Strong knowledge of Porsche vehicles and repair processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Benefits Competitive compensation package of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, health benefits, retirement plan, and opportunities for growth within Mills Auto Group.
