What You’ll Do
As a Diesel Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel trucks and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, and inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair engines, drive-trains, electrical systems, and emissions components.
- Work with Service Advisors and team members to ensure efficient and accurate service.
- Support local fleet accounts by delivering reliable turnaround times and quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a technician who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a growing, team-driven environment:
- Experience as a Diesel Technician (dealership, fleet, or independent shop).
- Familiarity with diagnostics, diesel engines, and repair procedures.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Certifications ASE, OEM or equivalent work experience in a Fleet maintenance shop.
- Valid driver\’s license
