Mills Auto Group is seeking a full-time Billing Clerk to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organizational skills and be a team player. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK is a plus. Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred. Basic Job Responsibilities
- Post vehicle sales for new and used car sales and ensure required paperwork is accurate.
- Issue trade payoffs (check or online/eft).
- Manage deal receivable, rebates, and inventory schedules.
- Respond to and handle inquiries from sales management as needed.
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
- Knowledge of the Title process.
- Other administrative duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous accounting experience required, dealership preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles, credits/debits.
- Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
