Millison Chase Limited is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Category C Multi-Drop Driver for an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Class 2 driver looking for more than just another driving job. With an excellent starting rate of £20.00 per hour PAYE and progression to a £50,000 annual salary once permanent, this position offers genuine long-term career prospects.

Drivers must be flexible and available to work occasional weekends to meet operational requirements.

Pay & Progression

Temporary PAYE Rates:

• £20.00 per hour PAYE

• Weekly pay through our in-house PAYE payroll

• No umbrella companies or third-party payroll providers

Permanent Opportunity:

• £50,000 per annum once successfully transferred to permanent employment

• Genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunity

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 2 Category C vehicles

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across allocated routes

• Deliver goods to commercial customers safely and efficiently

• Load and unload goods where required

• Ensure all loads are correctly secured

• Complete daily vehicle safety checks

• Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow Drivers' Hours, Working Time and Tachograph regulations

• Work occasional weekends when required

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 Category C Licence

• Valid Driver CPC qualification

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience

• Multi-drop delivery experience preferred

• Good geographical knowledge and route-planning ability

• Comfortable with the physical requirements of multi-drop distribution

• Willingness to work occasional weekends

• Excellent timekeeping and reliability

• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

• A genuine interest in securing long-term permanent employment
