What You'll Be Doing
- Creating Exceptional Holiday Experiences
Take the time to understand each customer's needs and recommend tailored holidays that exceed expectations.
- Building Lasting Customer Relationships
Provide a personal, friendly service that inspires loyalty and keeps customers returning time and time again.
- Engaging Your Local Community
Share travel inspiration, exclusive offers, and expert advice through social media and local promotional activity.
- Representing Your Branch
Participate in community events and initiatives, helping to grow awareness of Millington Travel within your local area.
- Achieving Success Together
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver outstanding results and exceed sales targets in a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year's experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with tour operator booking systems
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and travel expertise
- A proven sales track record and motivation to achieve personal and team goals
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling complex itineraries
- A positive team-focused attitude and genuine enthusiasm for travel
