We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Provisioning Specialist to join our telecoms operations team. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll manage end-to-end delivery of customer solutions across voice and connectivity services. You’ll work with customers of all sizes, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring orders progress smoothly, accurately, and on time. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows processes but can also adapt when needed, and enjoys both technical configuration and customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of customer orders from validation through to delivery and handover
  • Coordinate project kick-off calls and act as the central point of communication
  • Track progress across multiple concurrent orders, ensuring timelines and SLAs are met
  • Configure and provision VoIP platforms including Cisco Webex and Gamma Horizon, and other telephony solutions
  • Deliver connectivity orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams, driving accountability and resolving blockers
  • Maintain accurate data within internal systems

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, including configuration of solutions
  • Raise, manage, and escalate with suppliers where required
  • Assist with service changes, renewals, and additionals

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Follow defined processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Help refine workflows, templates, and documentation
  • Contribute to operational reporting and service performance tracking

On-Site & Deployment (Desirable)

  • Installation of handsets and routers on customer sites
  • Pre-configure routers and other solutions

  • Experience in a telecoms provisioning, service delivery, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and keep projects moving
  • High attention to detail, particularly when working with configurations and order data
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to follow and improve workflows

Desirable

  • Proven experience configuring Webex and/or Horizon
  • Familiarity with VoIP concepts (e.g. SIP, hosted telephony, number porting)
  • Experience installing telephony hardware and routers on-site
