Role Purpose

We are looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Account Manager with a true hunter mentality. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from the ground up, identifying prospects, opening new opportunities, and developing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
  • Proactively source, prospect, and win new clients through outbound calling, networking, social engagement, referrals, and industry research.
  • Build and grow a personal sales pipeline.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Present solutions confidently.
  • Account Growth & Management
    • Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of clients.
    • Maximise revenue opportunities.
    • Develop strong long-term relationships.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaboration & Internal Engagement
    • Work closely with internal teams.
    • Leverage specialists to shape solutions.
    • Participate in training and development.
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
    • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
    • Demonstrate resilience and strong work ethic.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
    • Strong appetite for winning new business.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Confidence in end-to-end sales cycle management.
    • Resilience and persistence.
    • Ability to work independently.
