Millfield Prep School is looking for a dedicated Groom to join our busy equestrian team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about horse care and keen to work in a professional, supportive environment.

You will be responsible for the daily care and welfare of our horses, including feeding, mucking out, grooming, and yard maintenance. The role also involves preparing horses for lessons and competitions, assisting with turnout and exercise, and helping with shows and outings. Some weekend work and night checks are required on a rota basis.

This is a 52-week contract averaging 48 hours per week. During term time you will work 51 hours, from 6.45am to 5.30pm, and during school holidays 42 hours, from 7.30am to 4.30pm, over 5 to 5.5 days per week. The salary for this position is £30,476.16 per annum. On-site accommodation may be available to support the role.
