Responsibilities:
- Lifeguarding at Millfield Main Pool and Millfield Prep Pool
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, codes of practice, and operational protocols to safeguard all users
- Supervision of the Cricket and Golf Centres
Qualifications:
- A valid NPLQ certificate is essential, and prior lifeguarding experience is advantageous.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence, a collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills.
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Full‑time, permanent role, 35 hours per week on a shift rota, predominantly early mornings and day shifts with some weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Salary: Under 21 £21,439.60 per annum; 21+ £22,222 per annum (in line with the National Living Wage).
- Additional benefits include generous holiday entitlement, freshly prepared lunches (£10.30 per month), access to school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high‑street shops and restaurants through the Employee Assistance Programme.
