As a member of the Junior Management team, you will provide managerial support and help maintain and improve the customer service levels throughout your section. The role involves supervising staff while maintaining shop floor standards, and handling various managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing complaints and inquiries, ensuring staff appearance aligns with company guidelines, and supporting the customer service measurement programme.
- Drive and exceed sales targets by monitoring staff service levels, utilising in‑store devices to promote the full product range, and analysing reports for effective product placement.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards by employing engaging visual techniques, ensuring stock is clean and presentable, and supporting sales floor standards.
- Train and develop staff by assisting with new employee induction, encouraging personal progression, and overseeing completion of relevant training assessments.
- Achieve or exceed the store’s monthly sales target.
- Meet additional KPIs (units, conversion, ATV, UPT).
- Reach upselling or cross‑selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure accurate stock during audits.
- Guarantee all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
