Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a great experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
  • Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
  • Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are organized and appealing.
  • Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
