Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join our Operations Team at our FM Centre in Bury.

Your Role as a Scheduler:

  • To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
  • Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
  • To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer.
  • To work within our service level agreements.
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally.

The successful candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Previous geographical routing or scheduling experience.
  • Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and juggle last minute changes.
  • Familiarity with call-handling software.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
