As part of our continued growth strategy, we are now looking for a driven Full Stack Web Developer to join our team.

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to support the management and development of our WordPress website and internal web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, and custom WordPress themes, along with the technical skills to work effectively with databases, APIs, and version control systems.

Key Responsibilities for a Full Stack Web Developer:

  • Manage, update, and maintain a WordPress website using Elementor and WooCommerce
  • Work with PHP in custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Manage and optimise MySQL databases
  • Implement and manage version control using GitHub
  • Use Linux commands and work effectively in the Linux terminal
  • Integrate and manage APIs for website functionality
  • Troubleshoot website issues and ensure optimal performance and security
  • Support e-commerce operations including product management and customer experience

Essential Requirements for a Full Stack Web Developer:

  • Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce
  • Proficient in PHP and comfortable working in custom WordPress themes
  • Familiarity with MySQL databases and database management
  • Experience with GitHub and version control practices
  • Comfortable using Linux commands and working in the terminal
  • Familiarity with working with APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Advantageous (Not Essential):

  • Familiarity with Appsmith
  • Experience with Docker or containerised environments
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for minor front-end adjustments
  • Understanding of website performance optimisation and SEO
  • Familiarity with website security best practices
