We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead and optimise the performance of our industry-leading fleet. You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a large fleet of vehicles including HGVs, vans, and cars. This includes PMIs, defect reporting, and repairs.
- Lead on safety, efficiency, and compliance focusing on cost control, risk management, and root-cause analysis.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee fleet availability.
- Investigate accidents within the fleet ensuring all necessary evidence is obtained for insurers.
- Work with various departments on vehicle specification/requirements and obtaining quotes.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Transport Management.
- Hold a Transport Management CPC.
- Have strong organisational and computer skills.
- Experience working with fleet management or telematics systems.
