We are excited to welcome a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will help manage invoices to our customer accounts, build strong relationships, and support the team in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will take responsibility for:

  • Processing of invoices.
  • Payment of invoices.
  • Statement reconciling.
  • Making one-off payments to external contractors outside of normal payment runs.
  • Resolving any invoice queries and gaining authorisation.
  • Responding to payment queries from external contractors.
  • Answering telephone queries from customers.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks.
