Hours – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 4).
Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.
Your Role:
- To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
- Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
- To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer.
- To work within our service level agreements.
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
The successful candidate:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Previous geographical routing experience.
- Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to multi-task and juggle last minute changes.
- Familiarity with call-handling software.
- Good level of computer literacy.
