Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our data team and support the maintenance of the company’s asset data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emails from customers and on-site engineers regarding asset information updates.
- Accurately create new asset records and maintain existing data within our in-house system and customer portals.
- Liaise with other departments and on-site engineers to ensure asset information is kept up to date.
- Provide additional support to the data team with various data input tasks.
Our ideal candidate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
