Due to increased business growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.

Your Role:

  • To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently, maximising productivity by minimising travel.
  • To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer.
  • To work within our service level agreements.
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must have previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Previous geographical routing experience.
  • Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and juggle last minute changes.
  • Familiarity with call-handling software.
