Your Role To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently. Maximising productivity by minimising travel. To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer To work within our service level agreements Answer calls promptly and professionally The Successful Candidate Must have previous experience working in a similar role Previous geographical routing experience Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good level of computer literacy Have the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changes Familiarity with call-handling software Company Information Who are we?
