Training and Progression
Progression into a full‑time permanent role available for the right candidate following successful completion of Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Open and distribute incoming post
- Book overnight courier deliveries / print dispatch labels
- Meet and greet visitors
- Raise purchase orders on Clarity
- Book equipment hire and raise orders on Clarity
- Book in deliveries and raise & complete pick notes on Clarity
- Raise pick notes for warehouse, completing pick notes once returned from warehouse
- Scan pick notes / delivery notes and save to correct file on Clarity
- Order stationery
- Book MRD skip exchanges
- Chase outstanding purchase orders
- Be involved in the complete project – providing support from loading of jobs to their completion with all associated reporting
Hold Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship standard. Hold Level 2 Functional Skills in maths & English (if required).
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
