The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Workshop Painter/Powder Coater to join our team in the Workshop.

Responsibilities:

  • The preparation, painting, and powder coating of various mechanical equipment
  • To operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and collection systems
  • Load and unload parts onto fixtures (parts of 5kg and above shoulder height)
  • Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality from visual inspections and viscometers.
  • Ensure that all components are coated efficiently and are consistent with company standards.
  • To work alongside the workshop team to complete tasks as efficiently as possible
  • To carry out reasonable ad hoc duties within the company as detailed by the Workshop Manager

  • Previous experience of spray painting (powder coating desirable)
  • Experience with hand tools for minor dismantling of components
