We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Workshop Painter/Powder Coater to join our team in the Workshop.
Responsibilities:
- The preparation, painting, and powder coating of various mechanical equipment
- To operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and collection systems
- Load and unload parts onto fixtures (parts of 5kg and above shoulder height)
- Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality from visual inspections and viscometers.
- Ensure that all components are coated efficiently and are consistent with company standards.
- To work alongside the workshop team to complete tasks as efficiently as possible
- To carry out reasonable ad hoc duties within the company as detailed by the Workshop Manager

- Previous experience of spray painting (powder coating desirable)
- Experience with hand tools for minor dismantling of components
