We are seeking a dedicated Powered Access Workshop Manager to lead our dynamic workshop team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the safe and efficient refurbishment of scissor lifts. This role is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety compliance, and high-quality standards of our refurbishment processes.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the scissor lift refurbishment workshop.
- Lead and motivate a team of both Electrical and Mechanical Workshop Engineers to achieve production targets.
- Supervise and support team members, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the workshop processes, implementing changes to improve efficiency.
- Manage departmental discipline, holidays, sickness and absence, etc.
- Manage the recruitment process for the department.
- Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding workshop staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
