We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering projects by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and providing essential administrative support.

The main responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and coordinate engineering activities
  2. Organise and maintain engineering documentation, including technical specifications, test reports, and certification documents
  3. Composing Email updates to customer & internal chases / escalations
  4. Analyse reports generated from engineering activities.
  5. Ensure that data input into relevant systems is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Carrying out reasonable adhoc duties as requested by your line

Our ideal candidate:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
