Are you confident with WordPress and Elementor? Do you have an eye for detail and a proactive approach to gathering and managing product information? We are looking for a dedicated Website Assistant to help maintain and grow our e-commerce website specialising in catering equipment.

Our WooCommerce-based website has been built using WordPress, Elementor, and the Blocksy theme. With the foundations in place, we are now seeking someone to take ownership of product content and technical information across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adding new products to the site, including images, pricing, and technical specifications
  • Updating existing product information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Liaising with internal departments (e.g. technical, sales, purchasing) to collect accurate product data
  • Keeping product descriptions and technical documents up to date
  • Ensuring a high standard of layout and user experience across product and landing pages using Elementor
  • Making minor content and design adjustments as needed within the Blocksy/Elementor framework
We are looking for someone who is:
  • Proficient in WordPress and Elementor (essential)
  • Familiar with WooCommerce and e-commerce best practices
  • Comfortable editing and formatting product content, specifications, and images
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Confident communicating with different teams to gather and verify information
  • Experienced with product data entry and light content management
  • Basic understanding of SEO and product categorisation (desirable but not essential)
