We’re Millers Vanguard, the UK’s premier retail support company. We’re looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bury, GtrManchester.
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas, pixel-perfect execution, and creative energy to our growing in-house team. While this is an in-house role, we’re building a dynamic creative environment that feels more like a design agency – fast-paced, collaborative, and full of variety.
About the Role
Working with the Creative Director / Head of Marketing you’ll lead the creative across a wide range of projects, delivering high-quality design and branding solutions that engage, inform, and inspire. From large-scale reports to vibrant social media graphics, internal presentations to event branding – no two days will be the same.
You’ll be involved in:
- Corporate reports and branded collateral
- Internal comms and staff engagement materials
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Exhibition and event graphics
- Brochures, social media content, and digital assets
- Evolving and protecting brand identity across all touchpoints
- Wayfinding and large scale internal graphics
- Social media content
- Everything from creative concepts and internal campaigns to day-to-day paperwork
- Video and photo shoot art direction
- Maglr presentations – we use the bespoke Maglr no-code, presentation software to develop interactive stories. Whilst we don’t expect experience with this unique system you will be trained up utilise it (don’t worry – it’s easy!)
About You
We’re looking for a conceptual thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a strong visual sensibility. You’re proactive, versatile, and thrive when juggling multiple projects in a creative setting.
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years of commercial graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of diverse creative work
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of branding and layout principles
- Ability to take a project from brief to final delivery, solo or collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills – ability to multitask and prioritise
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative flair and technical precision
- Experience with motion graphics is a bonus (but not essential)
