Millers Vanguard is seeking a Call Handler to join our operations team at the FM centre in Bury. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 4). Salary is £26,387.40 plus £2,080 per annum for weekends.
In this role you will plan and route engineers by prioritising jobs, maximise productivity by minimising travel, and ensure customer ETA is met. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, routing, strong communication, and good computer literacy.
