We’re excited to welcome a Purchase Ledger to join our Finance Team. In this role, you’ll help manage invoices to our customer accounts, build strong relationships, and support the team in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of invoices.
  • Payment of invoices.
  • Statement reconciling.
  • Making one-off payments to external contractors outside of normal payment runs.
  • Resolving any invoice queries and gaining authorisation.
  • Responding to payment queries from external contractors.
  • Answering telephone queries from customers.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Good IT skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, good planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent numeracy, written and communication skills.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous office experience.
