Your Role

Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.

  • To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
  • Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
  • To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer
  • To work within our service level agreements
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally

The successful candidate

  • Must have previous experience working in a similar role
  • Previous geographical routing experience
  • Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Have the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changes
  • Familiarity with call-handling software
