Reporting directly to the Information Systems Manager, the Junior Applications Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the department in scoping, planning and delivering applications-based projects to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing tasks to support timely project delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines and progress reports.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and clients, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Monitoring & Tracking: Track progress with management tools, alerting the Project Manager of potential delays or issues.
- Support: Provide administrative support by organising meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting reports.
- Risk Management: Identify minor project risks and work with senior management to implement solutions.
- PowerApps Management: Create and maintain business PowerApps as required. Liaise with Data & Reporting team to ensure success.

- Contribution to development and delivery of strategic planning for the business IT
