Reporting directly to the Information Systems Manager, the Junior Applications Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the department in scoping, planning and delivering applications-based projects to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing tasks to support timely project delivery.
  2. Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines and progress reports.
  3. Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and clients, ensuring smooth information flow.
  4. Monitoring & Tracking: Track progress with management tools, alerting the Project Manager of potential delays or issues.
  5. Support: Provide administrative support by organising meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting reports.
  6. Risk Management: Identify minor project risks and work with senior management to implement solutions.
  7. PowerApps Management: Create and maintain business PowerApps as required. Liaise with Data & Reporting team to ensure success.

  2. Redledge
  3. Sage
  4. SolarVista
  5. PowerApps

Special Features and Attributes:

  1. Contribution to development and delivery of strategic planning for the business IT
  2. Keep up to date with current and future developments of business applications
  3. Liaise with providers to ensure maximum value gained from software investments
