We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our data team and support the maintenance of the company’s asset data.

Your Role:

  1. Monitor incoming emails from customers and on-site engineers regarding asset information updates.
  2. Accurately create new asset records and maintain existing data within our in-house system and customer portals.
  3. Liaise with other departments and on-site engineers to ensure asset information is kept up to date.
  4. Provide additional support to the data team with various data input tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  2. Eager to learn new systems.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. High level of accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
