We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Quotes and Claims Team Leader to oversee our quotes and claims. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for generating accurate quotes for our customers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quotes and claims specialists.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Invoicing on our internal system and approving invoices from external subcontractors for reactive works.
- Conduct screening calls to confirm the accuracy of customer information and ensure proper use of services.
- Verify that customers are following proper housekeeping and maintenance protocols to prevent misuse of services or products.
- Liaising with the technical department to confirm correct parts and labour on quotes.
