Job description:
We are looking for a diligent and organised Quotes & Claims Administrator to manage the preparation and submission of customer quotes. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our revenue processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue claims
- Invoicing on our internal system and approving invoices from external subcontractors for reactive works
- Conduct screening calls to confirm the accuracy of customer information and ensure proper use of services
- Verify that customers are following proper housekeeping and maintenance protocols to prevent misuse of services or products
- Liaising with technical department to confirm correct parts and labour on quote
Our ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in a role within quotes, and claims
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in popular software systems
