Job description:

We are looking for a diligent and organised Quotes & Claims Administrator to manage the preparation and submission of customer quotes. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue claims
  • Invoicing on our internal system and approving invoices from external subcontractors for reactive works
  • Conduct screening calls to confirm the accuracy of customer information and ensure proper use of services
  • Verify that customers are following proper housekeeping and maintenance protocols to prevent misuse of services or products
  • Liaising with technical department to confirm correct parts and labour on quote

  • Proven experience in a role within quotes, and claims
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
