We are a well-established supplier of bakery and catering equipment, committed to delivering top-quality service to our customers. With a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, we’re looking for an Administrator to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day order processing.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing order processing, handling customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records within Sage. You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfilment, responding to customer chases, and assisting with month-end dispatching to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Sage.
  2. Respond to customer chases and provide timely updates on order progress.
  3. Manage general administrative tasks, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  4. Assist with month-end dispatching, ensuring orders are processed correctly.
  5. Maintain accurate records and support internal teams with administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Previous experience in administration and order processing (Sage experience preferred).
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  3. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
