Role Overview:
As the Industrial Marketing Manager, you will be the industry expert, leading the marketing efforts for our Industrial sector. You'll be responsible for developing brand positioning, executing marketing campaigns, and driving business growth. Creating persuasive copy and engaging content that drives Marketing Qualified Leads. You'll also take the lead in storytelling that communicates the value of our products and services to a technical audience, ensuring that our messaging is not only clear but also compelling.
Your role at a glance:
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and develop strategic marketing plans
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Develop high-quality, persuasive copy for various marketing channels including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and more.
- Brand Management & Positioning: Drive brand awareness, develop value propositions, and oversee marketing collateral
- Lead Generation & MQL Conversion: Develop and manage marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, ensuring that campaigns attract qualified prospects and drive conversions, whilst ensuring they align with the sales team's expectations.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Execute multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, trade shows, and print media
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with industrial customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Product Launch & Promotion: Lead product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Technical teams to align marketing with business objectives
What we're looking for:
- Senior Marketing Executive or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong B2B marketing background with a strong focus on content creation and lead generation, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling, clear, and impactful content
- Storytelling expertise, with the ability to translate complex industrial solutions into engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Lead generation experience, including familiarity with lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and Marketing Qualified Leads
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media)
- A confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels
