Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children
Support children with daily routines such as meal times, toileting, dressing, and rest periods
Prepare nutritious snacks and meals in accordance with food safety standards and dietary requirements
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by adhering to sanitation protocols including food handling and classroom cleanliness
Observe and record children’s progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform ongoing development assessments
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food preparation procedures, sanitation standards, and emergency protocols
