Requirements and Qualifications
  • Adheres to all restaurant service standards to help create “Ale House Raving Fans”
  • Food preparation and portioning
  • Supports cooks as needed, occasionally being assigned a station
  • Ensures compliance with food handling requirements
  • Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Ensures a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for Cooks
  • Ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher to take over
  • Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
  • Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
