Showroom Sales/Retail Performance Specialist. This role is for a brand in design and modern furniture, focused on blending design sensibility with consultative selling to help clients create spaces that support wellness and productivity. About The Role
Are you passionate about design and driven by sales success? As a Sales & Design Specialist, you’ll be part of a legacy brand shaping how people live and work. You’ll report to the General Manager and contribute to the store’s success by providing design-forward, client-focused service.
What You’ll Do
- Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations
- Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals
- Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads
- Collaborate with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience
- Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
