Job Summary
- Minimum 42‑hour week
- Working any 5 days out of 7
- Some nights away required
- Some weekend work required
- Variable start/finish times depending upon business requirements
- Deliver Herman Miller products to end customers as required
Company Requirements
- Health & Safety – ensure safe working practices are followed, attend safety briefings, take responsibility for your own and co‑workers’ safety according to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999
- Compliance – ensure compliance with business systems, processes, certification schemes, regulations and legislation relevant to the scope of your role; support internal quality controls and audits to demonstrate compliance
Job Holder Requirements
- C+E licence (artic)
- Digital tachograph card
- Driver qualification card (CPC)
- No more than 6 points on licence for minor offences
- Working knowledge of drivers’ hours and the working time directive
Preferred Experience
Drawbar experience preferred but not essential.
