GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Colebrook Bosson Saunders (CBS) requires a vibrant and forward-thinking Digital and Social Marketing Manager to continually improve and drive CBS’ digital and social offering through a variety of channels including traditional and new media. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand, drive forward the digital offer to ensure we are leading across all platforms and constantly challenging and implementing improvements across the business.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Objectives
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, GEO and email marketing in support of global strategy.
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
- Work with and manage third party agencies to maintain CBS’ digital presence.
- Identify, analyse, and measure campaigns to assess how well they are performing and optimize user experience.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
- Digital Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for website, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
- Track, and analyse customer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing managers to develop new and innovative growth strategies and digital marketing techniques.
- Develop and monitor digital campaigns and budgets.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends, and implement them into marketing campaigns.
- Social Objectives
- Plan, execute, and manage all social media marketing.
- Increase engagement from existing audiences with high-quality social content and initiatives.
- Increase following across current social channels.
- Align CBS brand with new and relevant trends.
- Improve and maintain ROI through more consistent content and on-target messaging.
- Social Responsibilities
- Use social media tools to craft and deliver impactful content across our social channels.
- Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Be an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones.
- Analyse the company’s social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions.
- Stay up to date with new and relevant trends to help keep CBS’ social media presence consistently relevant.
- Establish key performance indicators to understand performance of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations.
COMPETENCIES
- Ability to plan and deliver strategic marketing initiatives and develop the roll out plan to achieve goals.

- Managing external agencies to deliver work to agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Budget allocation, management and reporting.
- Experience with digital tools such as content management systems (Shopify) and HTML E-shots.
- Experience of Salesforce (Preferred).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong Digital Communication background - experience of web content creation, SEO and PPC an advantage.
- Good design skills with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
- Ability to implement creative ideas from conception through to deployment.
- Ability to communicate and understand technical issues.
- Keeping to deadlines, able to plan ahead.
- An interest in new technologies.
DESIRABLE
- 3-5 Years’ experience in similar role.
- Experience with content management systems (Shopify).
- Keep up to speed on the latest digital development.
- Background of creating HTML E-shots.
- Desired (but not essential) background of Salesforce (CRM system).
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
