We are now looking for a Dispense Quality Technician to join the Customer Technical Services Team – covering Newcastle and Carlisle! A fantastic introduction to the world of beverages and our brilliant brands!
Your Purpose:
As a Dispense Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of beer quality in the provision of line cleaning solutions, working in line with safe working practices, operational and technical standards.
You will be required to self-serve in a lone working environment and be proactive, with the ability to adapt to business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize drinks dispense lines within the required SLA’s to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
- Fix minor faults whist on site when carrying out Cellar Plus line cleans, including regular checks, maintenance, and upgrades to keep systems running smoothly and reliably.
- Customers are supported with any issues and gaps in knowledge that they may have, and follow-ups are done to make sure they’re satisfied.
- Regular checks are carried out on beer systems to spot any issues early. If there are problems with taste, clarity, or temperature, they are quickly fixed. Live View data is also reviewed to find patterns and suggest ways to improve performance.
- Compliance with all EHS procedures, vehicle maintenance monitoring, and correct use and maintenance of work tools and equipment. Clear and accurate records should be kept for all work completed, including services, repairs, and support activities
