We’re now looking to recruit a Cobra Beer Sales Executive to join our brilliant Cobra Sales team covering the Pan-Asian sector based across the South.
Your Purpose: We’re focused on growing Cobra beer in restaurants serving predominantly Chinese but also other East Asian cuisines. Direct management of customers, primarily in the Ethnic Restaurant Sector, focused on specific Pan-Asian cuisines. Maintain and grow sales of Cobra as well as other MCBC brands within defined geographical territory, with an emphasis on bringing on new customers in emerging opportunity areas where Cobra is less established, in line with operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal sales targets to support channel growth in Pan-Asian cuisines, with a focus on sustainable distribution and driving profitable volume.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Sales Manager, leveraging tools such as distributor partnerships, stock investment, and promotional activity to support growth.
- Assist in creating and support execution of a clearly defined, effective journey plan, focused on large cities and key urban centres within large geographical territories.
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver a strong service offer and build lasting relationships that enhance performance and expand Cobra’s presence in new markets.
- Ensure operational standards are met to deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining accurate data across systems and CRM tools for customers and prospects in the South territory—particularly those offering Pan-Asian cuisines (e.g., Chinese, Turkish).
About you: You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don't let that stop you from applying. We all need to learn and develop and we can help you do this here at Molson Coors.
- Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence and build strong relationships.
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in approach.
- Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating sound commercial awareness.
- Self-driven with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Open to travel to customer sites across the South of England (below Birmingham).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
