We are now looking for a Drinks Dispense Technician to join our Customer Technical Services team in Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
Your Purpose
As a technical representative you will spend your days installing, maintaining and repairing our beer dispense equipment either by yourself or part of a team. Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored! We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, Stadia and large scale events. We are looking for people who are practical, logical problem solvers with an aptitude to learn. We are not expecting you to be an expert in beer dispense equipment as you will receive an immersive two-week technical training course followed by ongoing field support to deliver some of the UK’s leading brands to customers. Our technicians are responsible for arranging their own travel routes, ordering and returning equipment and taking complete control of managing vehicle stock. They carry out surveys for installations, maintain dispense and cooling equipment and often advise, instruct and train customers where required. Building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the role. Health and safety is paramount at Molson Coors. We have a passion for delivering industry leading workplace safety. - Driving Licence
- Comfortable with modern technology devices - smart phones, apps & tablets
- Team Orientated
- Good interpersonal skills & problem solving
- Good verbal & written skills are essential.
- Reliance - on occasion professionally handle difficult conversations.
